Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to Hurricane Michael, but the staff was understanding and promised us a refund for the remaining days. The front desk was wonderful and the bed was really comfortable. The balcony was amazing and the living space and kitchen were spacious. It's one of the best places we've stayed at in 10 years!

The lack of water pressure in both showers was a major issue. It was difficult to get the spa tub in the master bath to work properly.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The price I paid was definitely worth it, considering the value I got for my money. The room was clean and spacious, with all the facilities I needed, including separate bathrooms and a washer/dryer unit. The view from the wrap-around balcony was stunning, especially from the master bedroom. The location was nice, although a bit of a drive to get to pier park. The staff treated me well and I liked the fact that I could come and go without having to go through the lobby. a great experience.

The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. one of the best hotel experiences I've had in Panama City Beach. I will definitely be returning!

The condo was clean and had a great view from the balcony. The property was not a high rise, so there was no need to ride the elevator for a long time. The staff was prompt and friendly. The location was fantastic and I would definitely return for future vacations.
